what is lipoprotein?
its a complex of lipid and protein called (apoprotein) and is ncessary because lipid is hydrophobic molecule (meaning that it can't be transported by circulation, as plasma maninly consist of water), therefore to be transported it must be complexed with other particle to make it water soluble.
different type of apoproteins involved in performing different function like transforming and transferring
