prevention of disease (in addition to promotion in which we can eliminate some disease (e.g., communicable disease)
detection & treatment of disease (prevent of disease through early detection & screening)
rehabilitation: (when a person is left with disability being exposed to treatment, the aim is to restore the individual to the best possible health, functions, & social and economic usefulness)

promotion of healthy environment
